Sky Housing did an excellent job showing us houses and apartments around the area. They were very professional and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to help us out. I would recommend them to everyone.

When we arrived in Okinawa in 2005, we went through the myriad of Real Estate Agencies available in Okinawa. We were surprised at how blatantly dishonest the real estate market is here how hard it was to find a trustworthy agent. Until we met with Mariko Robinson. She found us a great house, substantially lowered the price and helped us with all our needs. Three years later when we decided to move, we were happily surprised to see that Mariko's family had successfully launched their own family-friendly and hassle free real estate agency. Through Robinson Housing, we found exactly what we were looking for at half the market price. We love dropping by their office just to get a cup of coffee and chit-chat. They designed their office so beautifully; it's so warm and welcoming! We have remained friends of the Robinson family and they remain our favorite Okinawa Islanders. We wish them the best and wish them a continued success with their consumer-friendly business. If you want a swift and hassle free move and have peace of mind knowing that you've got the best housing for your needs, then Robinson Housing is for you!

So being a female in the Military is tough, even tougher when you have to find housing out in town at a very reasonable price. Luckily, I ran into Robinson Housing, mainly Leanne. She has not only helped my son Tristan and I find a beautiful house overlooking the ocean, she has also helped many of my single mommies also. I don't know what I would have done without the help they have provided us. Not only with housing but with life in general. If i get lost, I know I can call the office and they will help me find my way home. They rock and I have everyone I know buying a house/apartment use them!!

Everything was very easy and convenient with Robinson Housing. The places I looked at were in great condition and in great locations, the apartment I chose and lived in was wonderful, and the Robinson staff answered every phone call and returned every message. Mariko is the best. She was very helpful from the beginning to end. She made the process of moving to a new country an enjoyable experience. I had heard horror stories but not with Robinson Housing. She's always avaialble and looks out for her clients best interest, be it getting fair prices moving in our out. Even when I moved out Mariko continued to negotiate to get me the lowest price for cleaning. She strongly believes that people should be welcomed and leave Okinawa with a smile. Being in the Navy eight years I have PCS'd three times in my career and I have to say out of those three housing agencies "Robinson Housing Agency" was THE BEST.... The first day I met Mariko on Kadena Airforce base I was looking for a place to live because I had just got to the beautiful island of Okinawa. She took me under her wing and found me the place I wanted right by the ocean. She was so nice, straight forward, and honest. I lived in that same place for three years, I never had a problem and I knew if I ever needed anything I can just call them and it would be fixed right away. As my time came to an end in Okinawa I had orders to PCS in short notice I was stressing because there was soooo much to do in soooo little time. Mariko was like an angel sent from above :) she told me 'no worries we will take care of everything.' Sure enough everything was taken care of. So thank you Mariko and Leanne. If there was an award for BEST HOUSING AGENCY OF THE YEAR.... I would give it to them because they are simply THE BEST.

I cannot begin to express how satisfied I was with the service that we received from the Robinson Housing Agency. Being a member of the military often means swift moves. At times, this can be stressful on all members of the family. However, I have to say that my Okinawa move was one of the smoothest I've ever experienced.
