Beautiful salon and superior work but they are all about the money. I have been going to this salon for several years and recently went in to ask about a gift card I recieved that had expired 6 days prior. I had to leave the island and was unable to use the card prior to leaving. I asked if an exception could be made based on my circumstances. Since this was not a coupon but something someone paid and gave as a gift, I thought my circumstances could warrant a small grace period in the expiration but was told no exceptions. To me as a previous and continuing customer, I thought it would be good customer service to do this but it is seriously about the money and not the customer it appears. Not sure if I will return.
